About This Course
We have all at some time thought I should have said that or done this. Some of you may have even been on assertive courses before, so why do we still struggle to be assertive.

Assertiveness is not just about learning a few techniques that you practice in a workplace. This unique workshop begins to explore what makes us unassertive and begins to work with building self esteem and positivism within your self to enable you to engage in any situation confidently.

The workshop is aimed anyone who wants to be assertive and manage change for a better professional and personal life.

Anyone who feels they want to develop or further enhance their assertiveness skills

The course aims to combine theoretical input with experiential exercises to offer delegates the opportunity to enable them to be truly assertive.
